I had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay truly special. The variety of food was impressive, and the amenities, particularly the children's club and pools, kept my family entertained. On the downside, I did encounter some communication issues with a few staff members, and the dinner at the Italian restaurant could have been better. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a fun family getaway.
